Il 2019 è stato anche l’anno di Dino, il robot della nuovissima linea di assemblaggio motoruote che, oltre a rappresentare un piccolo gioiello di automazione, migliorando la resa produttiva e la qualità del prodotto finito, è divenuto il simbolo, una sorta di mascotte, del reparto produzione di Cologno Monzese.

Per molti è una moda, per molti è un recente stile di vita mentre per noi è tradizione e storia. Da oltre cento anni produciamo motori ad impatto zero per la trazione nel settore automotive, logistica, pulizia industriale e nautica ed è per confermare questa nostra attitudine, non certo per moda, che abbiamo eliminato la plastica dai nostri siti produttivi, iniziando dalle bottigliette d’acqua, dai bicchierini e palette del caffè, fino agli imballi.

MTL X-STREAM: La qualità fa un altro passo avanti
Il Reparto Prove e Controllo Qualità di Cima1915 si è dotato di una nuova macchina per la misurazione ottica. MTL X-Stream è una macchina espressamente progettata per la misura di alberi di grandi dimensioni, un ulteriore passo in avanti in termini di precisione, qualità ed efficienza.

2019, a year of great new features. A comforting prelude to a much anticipated 2020!
Cima closed 2019 on a path to a host of new features. Also thanks to the boost of online and social communication, Cima1915 has enhanced direct dialogue with the clients and public in general, ever attentive to following the innovative path taken by Cima.
In this sense, it is worth remembering the positive experiences of direct participation in recent major trade fair events in Italy and Europe.
- Logimat Stuttgart in February, where Cima1915 successfully presented the new Laterale drive wheels with Super Elastica and L2C Super Strong
- GIS Piacenza (Italy) in October, where the contribution of Cima to the goods handling sector, in particular that of AGV, received impressive acclaim.
- METS Trade Amsterdam in November, with the launch of the Deigma system: a brand new electric propulsion concept for the marine sector. See more here
2019 was also the year for Dino, the robot on the brand new drive wheel assembly line, which as well as representing a small jewel of automation, improving production output and finished product quality, has become a symbol, rather like a mascot, of the production department in Cologno Monzese. For over one hundred years we have produced zero impact drive motors in the automotive sector, logistics, industrial cleaning and the marine industry, and it is to confirm this approach, rather than just to be fashionable, that we have eliminated plastics from our production facilities, starting with water bottles, plastic cups and coffee spoons, right through to packaging. The Cima1915 Department of Testing and Quality Control is now equipped with a new machine for optical measurements. MTL X-Stream is a machine specially designed to measure large size shafts; one more step forward in terms of precision, quality and efficiency. See more here

2019, un anno di grandi novità. Confortante preludio per un attesissimo 2020!
Il 2019 di Cima si è chiuso all’insegna delle grandi novità. Anche grazie all’impulso dato dalla comunicazione online e social, Cima1915 ha aperto un dialogo sempre più diretto con clienti e pubblico, attento nel seguire il percorso innovativo di Cima.
In tal senso vanno ricordate le positive esperienze maturate dalla partecipazione diretta ad importanti fiere di settore in Italia e in Europa:
- Logimat Stoccarda a febbraio, dove Cima1915 ha presentato con successo le nuove motoruote Laterale con Super Elastica ed L2C Super Strong
- GIS Piacenza ad ottobre, dove il contributo di Cima al settore della movimentazione, in particolare quello AGV, è stato davvero tra i più apprezzati.
