The Cima1915 Department of Testing and Quality Control is now equipped with a new machine for optical measurements. Created by Vicivision, a leading company in quality control systems dedicated to improving production efficiency, MTL X-Stream is a machine specially designed to measure large size shafts. It is fitted with a special rotation unit that enables work on elements weighing up to 60 kg, guaranteeing maximum prevision and fluid movements. By taking all measurements with a single instrument, the Cima test department obtains a series of fundamental data in the blink of an eye, useful for improving control on product precision. One more step forward in terms of precision, quality and efficiency.
