L1Cac equips the new born Nexbot

Cima1915 congratulates RCM for their Amsterdam Innovation Award 2022 nomination, thanks to their new creation named NEXBOT, an AG mini robot addressed to the professional cleaning sector, welcome by the insiders as an extraordinary solution in terms of resistance, autonomy, sustainability and efficiency
Cima1915 is proud ti have given its contribution to RCM for this first great goal through its own L1Cac motor wheel. We all in CIMA are confident that RCM will succeed in achieving the deserved award to the upcoming Interclean in Amsterdam (May, 10-13) and even more we wish this significant title will act as a springboard for Nexbot to reach a global success.

NEXBOT belongs to the "cobot" category, the so-called "collaborative robots", designed to clean autonomously large areas (airports, hospitals, malls, industrial sites), allowing long-term working sessions under an operator's supervision.
Nexbot allows the operator to follow the real time operations from a distance, to check the maintenance status of the robot and get reports on the cleaned areas.
This very new AG scrubber and drier has a patented Artificial Intelligence and uses an advanced technology to map, localize and navigate even in the most complex areas. Another significant key factor is the reduced environmental impact, since Nexbot allows the same water tank to be used beyond 6 working hours, thus reducing considerably the consumption of clean waters, detergents and waste waters.

Cima1915 is honoured of have supported the launch of Nexbot through its L1Cac motor wheel, thanks to an internal analysis process which proposes to RCM the ideal solution.
The traction and guidance system is ensured by the independent functioning of the two motor wheels and widely meets Nexbot's ambitious performances expectations of resistance, autonomy and versatility.
L1Cac is the evolution of the L1C model. The development design of the motor has allowed the motor wheel to perform efficiently both at high or low speed, also integrating the command sensors.
Cima1915 has been asked to face a crucial challenge: perfectly integrate motor wheel and control system within a reduced space ensuring full omnidirectional movement.
A very complex challenge that CIMA has fully achieved

Nexbot is the umpteenth example of the Made in Italy success, since it has been completely designed and realized in Italy by Automate of the RCM group in cooperation with Cima1915 and important Italian companies specialized in robotics and cleaning.
