It's never so easy to make a comment on exhibitions, especially when it comes to METS, the most important nautical accessories trade fair. There are many expectations, many innovations will be shown up and several details need to be refined to feel finally well prepared. Then the trade show starts and it becomes natural to take a breath for a few seconds…
METS Trade 2022 represented for CIMA1915 the debut of Deigma Division, which gathers all products of the group dedicated to the Marine sector. This brand represents the history of our company and witnesses our keen desire to innovate and propose solutions to this sector. Among the new entries, the very latest inboard marine electric propulsion, the already-iconic POD and a renewed range of motors for marine equipment.
I really must say everything was fantastic. We had the opportunity to meet our consolidated customers, which is not to be taken for granted, especially after difficult years of forced isolation and general markets' turmoil. We enjoyed sharing experiences and competences with them. Beyond them, many other meetings and new valuable contacts with people focused on tangible questions with precise and detailed issues. We received a lot of inquiries for new usages, such as motors for new desalination systems or new kinds of mainsail-furler but, above all, the increasing demand for our marine electric propulsion products.
Deigma project for nautical propulsion was born from our thirty-year-experience in the Marine world and whenever the prospects will be confirmed, we expect to be again successful in equipping even more boats.
